LCN

We are an organization based in Mexico City directed by César René Pérez that is dedicated to conceptualizing, managing and promoting artistic projects that seek social impact either from scratch with our own productions or collaborations with other organizations, pieces or artists from Mexico and abroad. .

LCN's own productions have been part of the National Meeting of the Arts, the National Dance Meeting in Mexico and various festivals in Germany and Colombia. He has collaborated with the National School of Anthropology and History for the Aggression and Dignity project. She was co-producer of the VII Tuxtepec International Festival of Performing Arts financed by the National Fund for Culture and the Arts and the BBVA Bancomer Foundation.

Since 2021, she has been the manager of the Lagú Danza company, where she conceptualizes and manages the “Books also dance” tour through five states of the Mexican Republic with financing from the EFIARTES 2023 fiscal stimulus and with the support of ten other public and private institutions.

With a deep interest in inequalities and discrimination, his work understands the body and its set of experiences as a condensation of a historical evolution, as the first line that receives physical or symbolic violence while deploying a space in which to cultivate a defense.
